CUATRO MUNICIPIOS PDET TENDRÁN MEJORAMIENTO DE VIVIENDA

 A través de la participación en la bolsa del Órgano Colegiado de Administración y Decisión (OCAD) Paz, recursos destinados para municipios PDET, la Secretaría de Vivienda adelanta 4 proyectos etapa 1, que buscan beneficiar cuatro municipios en el Meta: Mapiripán, Puerto Concordia, Puerto Rico y Puerto Lleras.

Estos mejoramientos se basan en la construcción de 50 unidades sanitarias por municipio, que están compuestas por: iluminación bajo un sistema de energía solar, baño, lavamanos, ducha, zona de lavado, tanque elevado y además un sistema que permite realizar el tratamiento a las aguas residuales, mejorando así sus condiciones habitacionales.

Por medio de jornadas de caracterización territorial y poblacional en estos cuatro municipios, la Secretaría de Vivienda adelantó un diagnóstico que le permitió identificar los potenciales beneficiarios y en qué veredas específicas se ubican; cada una de estas personas tiene un cumplimiento de requisitos para poder acceder al subsidio, entre ellos resalta que el propietario de la vivienda se encuentre con su vínculo familiar habitando la propiedad.

Este proyecto denominado etapa 1, es el primero de varios que buscan beneficiar a familias en el Meta, garantizando la vida digna de ellas, de esta manera seguimos trabajando desde el territorio, al servicio de la gente.
