NUEVO DIAGNOSTICO DE MEJORAMIENTO DE VIVIENDA

Tras la visita realizada por la Secretaría de vivienda al Departamento de Caldas, se logró identificar la posibilidad y viabilidad de implementar el sistema de bicibloquera en el Meta, a través de un diagnóstico.

Es así como actualmente este despacho se encuentra realizando dicho proceso, que permita identificar estratégicamente los municipios y veredas que posiblemente puedan ser beneficiadas a través de mejoramientos de vivienda con la construcción de unidades sanitarias, haciendo uso del sistema de autoconstrucción denominado Bicibloquera.

El mecanismo de este modelo de construcción consiste en que las familias beneficiadas puedan a través de un trabajo de obra no calificada, participar en el desarrollo de su unidad sanitaria, elaborando a través de esta bicicleta estática y mesa vibratoria, bloques de mortero estructural (cemento y arena), mediante el sistema de compactación por vibración, accionada por un sistema de poleas que con el pedaleo de una persona (similitud con la bicicleta estática), el cual produce la vibración necesaria para que el mortero estructural se “acomode” en los moldes.

De esta manera, este diagnóstico permitirá a la Secretaría de Vivienda identificar y plasmar en un proyecto, la ejecución del mejoramiento de vivienda en zona rural, apuntando a las prioridades del gobierno al servicio de la gente.
